1. THE 4-HOUR MODIFICATION WINDOW
Because our footwear and apparel are often custom-processed or prepared for immediate dispatch, we offer a strict 4-hour window from the time of order placement to request any cancellations or adjustments.
During this short period, our South Carolina-based team can assist with eligible changes, such as:
- Correcting minor typographical errors in your shipping address.
- Updating sizing or style preferences (if production has not started).
- Complete order cancellation and full refund.
How to submit a request: Please contact us immediately at support@urbanchicstyle.shop with the subject line “URGENT: Order Modification [Your Order Number]”. Requests are reviewed in the order they are received during our operating hours.
2. IMPORTANT PROCESSING NOTICE
Once the 4-hour adjustment window has elapsed, your order is automatically transmitted to our fulfillment partners or enters our custom production cycle. At this advanced stage, the logistics chain is in motion, and we are strictly unable to accommodate cancellations, address changes, or product modifications. We appreciate your understanding of this technical limitation which allows us to maintain fast delivery times across the U.S.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDRESS ACCURACY
Accuracy at checkout is the foundation of a successful delivery. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is 100% complete and accurate before finalizing a purchase. This includes:
- Full legal name of the recipient.
- Precise street address and unit/apartment/suite number (if applicable).
- Correct City, State, and most importantly, the 5-digit ZIP code.
Our system utilizes automated address verification tools; however, these tools cannot detect if you have entered an old address or a neighbor’s house number by mistake.
4. ADDRESS-RELATED DELIVERY FAILURES
Urbanchicstyle and Quinton Lee Woodson are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, “return to sender” incidents, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of checkout.
If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-dispatch the order to a corrected location.
