At urbanchicstyle.shop, we stand behind the quality of our footwear. If your order is not exactly what you expected, our return process is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To ensure a successful return and maintain the integrity of our products, please verify that your item meets the following strict criteria:
- The product remains unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which it was delivered.
- All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- For footwear, the soles must show no signs of wear (we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface).
- The return must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
*Items that do not meet these requirements will be ineligible for a refund and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.*
2. THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have a formal 30-day window from the documented delivery date to initiate a return request. Requests submitted beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted unless a prior written extension was granted by our management team.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To ensure your request is handled promptly, please email support@urbanchicstyle.shop with the following details:
- Full Name and Order ID number.
- A clear copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- A brief description of the reason for the return.
- Documentation: High-resolution photos or a video showing the item’s condition, focusing on any claimed defects or damage.
Our review team will evaluate your submission within 72 hours and provide detailed instructions for the next steps.
4. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the nature of the return:
A. Returns Due to Our Error:
If you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or a significantly damaged item, Urbanchicstyle will take full responsibility. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
B. Standard Returns:
For all other reasons (such as a change of mind or personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. EXCHANGE POLICY
We facilitate exchanges primarily for items that are damaged in transit, defective, or if the wrong style/size was dispatched from our warehouse. If your situation qualifies, contact us at support@urbanchicstyle.shop, and we will prioritize your replacement to ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Final Compliance Notes
Urbanchicstyle reserves the right to decline any return that is requested outside the 30-day window, lacks proper documentation, or involves items returned in an unsellable condition (worn, stained, or damaged by misuse). Our policy is designed to protect the high standards of our brand and the safety of our customers.
