1. SHIPPING COVERAGE & DOMESTIC FOCUS

To maintain our high service standards and guarantee delivery windows, we currently focus exclusively on the United States domestic market. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Please Note – We do not currently ship to:

• P.O. Boxes or Private Mailboxes.
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses.
• U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
• International destinations outside the United States.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality control and verification process before dispatch:

• Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, typically begin processing the same day.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off, or during weekends and U.S. federal holidays, will be initiated on the following business day.

*Note: During peak seasonal periods or major promotional events, processing may occasionally require an additional 1–2 business days.*

3. SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES

We utilize a simple and transparent flat-rate shipping structure to ensure there are no surprises at checkout.

Total Lead Time: Most customers receive their items within 3–6 business days (Processing + Transit). Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary based on your specific location, local carrier volume, or adverse weather conditions.

4. CARRIER PARTNERSHIPS & TRACKING

We partner exclusively with trusted national carriers to ensure the security of your package: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected automatically based on the most efficient delivery route for your address.

Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to synchronize and update on the carrier’s website.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ISSUES

Accuracy at checkout is the responsibility of the customer. Please verify your street address, apartment number, and ZIP code before finalizing your order. Urbanchicstyle is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, or if your tracking has remained stagnant for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately.
